AIFOLS-is the latest project of the National NGO The Andhyodaya which is in operation actively for the past 28 years in the fields of Education, Renewable Energy-Solar & Biogas Programme, Rain Water Harvesting, Waste Management, Carbon Emission Reduction, Jal Jeevan Mission etc.. The Andhyodaya is the first UNESCO India Water Award Winner and the first recipient of ‘Akshaya Urja Award’ from Govt. of Kerala. Our Project area is spread throughout the state of Kerala & Lakshadweep Islands and parts of Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. By now, We have completed 40,000 Rain Water Harvesting projects, 9,500 Waste Management units, 4 lakh liters Solar Water Heaters, 4 Megawatt On Grid Solar Power Plants and reached benefits of Carbon Credit Programme to 35,000 farmers in Kerala and Andhra Pradesh.
AIFOLS- Andhyodaya Institute for Foreign Language Studies, is meant for teaching Foreign languages like German, Japanese, Spanish, Italian, Chinese etc… The institute is an off shoot of community college programme of Govt. of India. Now a days,there is huge demand for students in Germany in health sector. Just a plus 2 good pass is enough to pursue Nursing studies in Germany with B1 level German Language. The Andhyodaya is in discussion with 2 major hospital groups in Germany for the intake of students for nursing studies with monthly stipend. Our intention is to arrange nursing studies to all plus 2 pass students who complete B1 Level German Language in our institute. We also plan to arrange direct job opportunities to nurses in Germany with B1/B2 level clearance.
AIFOLS has the best course director, Rev.Fr. Subhash Maliekal MSC who is a specialist in preparing students to clear various levels of German Examinations. Other faculty members are also with long experience record in teaching German Language.
The Andhyodaya German Academy offers A1,A2,B1,B2 level German Language teaching. Other language courses will commence shortly. Hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls.
